Canva for Creators provides apps designed to work within the Canva platform. Our Apps enhance Canva's functionality by providing additional features such as QR code generation, customization tools, and other creative utilities.
3. Use of Apps
You agree to use our Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Apps in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Use the Apps to generate QR codes or content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our Apps
- Use the Apps in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service
- Use automated systems to access the Apps without our permission
4. Intellectual Property
The Apps and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Canva for Creators and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. QR codes generated using our Apps are yours to use as you see fit.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create using our Apps. By using our Apps, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not store or retain the content of your QR codes beyond what is necessary to generate them.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Apps operate within the Canva platform and are subject to Canva's own terms of service. We are not affiliated with Canva Pty Ltd, and your use of Canva is governed by their separate terms and policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canva for Creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Apps after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
